- Attempt to bypass security controls or access restrictions.
We may
- Require additional verification for suspicious activity.
- Suspend accounts to protect the Services or other users.
- Disable access after prolonged inactivity or violation reports.
Payments
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply based on your location and applicable law. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total amount.

Refunds
Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the first session starts for scheduled live sessions, unless otherwise stated at checkout. For digital downloads or immediately accessible content, refunds may be limited after access is provided, except where required by law.
How to request
Use the contact form in the Contact modal and include: your account email, order identifier (if available), and a brief reason.
Processing times
If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

This is a convenience timer to illustrate the policy. The cutoff is determined by the scheduled session start time shown at checkout.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Services, interfere with other users, or infringe others’ rights. Respect studio safety guidelines and community standards during in-person or live sessions.
Prohibited conduct includes
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats.
- Uploading malware, attempting to exploit vulnerabilities.
- Scraping or automated access without permission.
- Sharing pirated copies of course materials.
- Violating applicable laws or regulations.
Safety & studio rules
- Follow instructor directions and posted safety instructions.
- Use equipment and materials responsibly.
- Respect shared spaces and other participants’ work.
- We may remove any participant for unsafe behavior.
Intellectual Property
The Services and all related content (including videos, text, templates, branding, and UI) are owned by ClayCourses or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not
- Copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly share course recordings or materials.
- Remove watermarks, copyright notices, or access controls.
- Use our trademarks without written permission.
Content & Classes
Classes may be delivered live, in-person, recorded, or in mixed formats. Schedules, instructor assignments, and lesson plans may change to improve quality or due to unforeseen events.
Availability
We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Recordings
Where offered, recordings may be time-limited and access may expire.
Materials
Material lists and prerequisites may be provided before your start date.
Privacy
We handle personal information according to our internal privacy practices and applicable laws. Some service features may require processing data such as account details, purchase information, and class participation records.
Email & notifications
You may receive transactional messages (receipts, schedule updates, security notices). Marketing communications can be opted out using links provided in such messages where available.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or engaged in harmful behavior. Termination may result in loss of access to content, including course materials and progress.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from classes, including skill, certification, or revenue.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClayCourses and its affiliates, instructors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
